Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days after payment is received.
You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your package has been shipped.


Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping (within Norway): 2–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days after dispatch.

  • International Shipping: Delivery time depends on destination, usually 5–14 business days after dispatch.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and delivery address.


Shipping and Responsibility

We carefully pack all products to ensure they are protected during transit.
Once the package has been shipped, responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier.
If your package is delayed or damaged, we’re happy to assist you in contacting the shipping company to resolve the issue.


Lost or Misdelivered Packages

If you do not receive your order within the expected delivery time, please contact us within 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or damaged during transit.
Once the package has left our facility, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.
Any issues must be resolved directly with the shipping company.


International Orders

Buyers outside of Norway are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply once the item reaches their country.
